About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Expert to support a leading technology company that operates micro‑tasking and freelance platforms. The role is part‑time and focuses on ensuring platform policies comply with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for legal compliance.
• Identify and advise on legal risks related to data privacy, labor laws, and cross‑border transactions.
• Mitigate intellectual property disputes and support dispute‑resolution processes.
• Provide legal guidance on user disputes and platform‑related inquiries.
• Monitor evolving regulations affecting gig‑economy platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review and drafting for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities in legal contexts.
