Legal Project/Program Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Project/Program Manager to design and operate the operational backbone of our litigation division, which handles several hundred active catastrophic injury cases across the United States. You will transform fragmented processes into a streamlined, high‑performing system that enables our attorneys to focus on winning cases.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing case‑management systems and identify inefficiencies.
• Redesign and implement end‑to‑end workflows for litigation support, capacity planning, and forecasting.
• Manage day‑to‑day production processes, ensuring timely case progression.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to adopt new tools and procedures.
• Collaborate with remote legal teams in multiple U.S. cities and international support staff.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal project or program management, preferably within a litigation or mass‑tort environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to audit, redesign, and optimize complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration across diverse teams.
