Live Commerce Host – Drive Sales via Live‑Stream

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Live Commerce Host to lead engaging live‑stream shopping sessions, showcase our product range and convert viewers into customers. The role combines presentation skills with real‑time sales expertise to boost our online retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging live‑stream shopping sessions to showcase products and drive sales.
• Deliver product presentations using the Hook → Demo → Close format.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits while answering customer questions in real time.
• Engage viewers, build rapport and encourage purchase decisions during live sessions.
• Follow approved scripts, brand guidelines and promotional messaging accurately.
• Collaborate with production, control and data teams to ensure seamless live‑stream execution.
• Monitor audience engagement and sales performance, adapting presentations to maximize conversions.
• Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Meet or exceed sales, engagement and conversion targets for each live session.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, FAQs and product performance to support future campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication with a clear, neutral accent (US or European preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, confident on camera.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while delivering an engaging, natural presentation.
• Highly disciplined, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new products, platforms and processes.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, media, hospitality or a related customer‑facing role.
• Multilingual proficiency, especially French or Arabic, is an advantage.
