Localized Sales Representative – Scientific Laboratory Instruments

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Localized Sales Representative to promote a portfolio of scientific laboratory instruments across the region. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with local agents, distributors and system integrators, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and develop local agents, distributors and project system integrators.
• Achieve annual sales and collection targets for the assigned product range.
• Maintain long‑term authorized channel partnerships and provide continuous support.
• Deliver pre‑sales technical consultations, product selection advice and solution design for partners and end‑customers.
• Conduct market and competitor research, gather industry intelligence and produce regular market reports.
• Maintain accurate channel archives, project records and submit periodic sales progress updates.

Required profile

• Local resident/citizen with fluency in the native language and business English.
• Familiarity with local tender procedures and the scientific instrument market.
• Prior experience in B2B sales of laboratory, biotech or agricultural research equipment is highly preferred.
• Existing channel and client relationships are a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to negotiate with agents, manage relationships and drive full‑cycle market development.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and resilient, capable of independent project follow‑up.
