Logistics Officer – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Logistics Officer will ensure the efficient movement of products from production facilities to customers, maintaining cost efficiency and high service standards. Reporting to the Sales, Marketing & Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in supporting sales order fulfillment and overall supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and manage dispatch and deliveries.
• Plan transportation schedules and monitor fleet utilization.
• Track delivery performance, prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate warehouse activities.
• Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Optimize transport costs and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (Logistics qualification preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in FMCG logistics.
• Strong inventory management and route planning knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
