Manager - Health Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

inSupply Health is seeking an experienced Manager to lead health supply chain transformation across Kenya. The role involves designing and implementing innovative, data‑driven interventions in partnership with ministries, donors and private‑sector clients. You will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts while contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑country project implementation, identify supply chain challenges and co‑design solutions with ministries and partners.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring high‑quality technical delivery.
• Lead data‑driven problem‑solving, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and present findings to inform supply chain improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries of health, NGOs, donors and other stakeholders to promote evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute to proposals and support growth of inSupply Health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare Supply Chain or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in global health or development, with at least 5 years in health supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with ministries of health, NGOs, donors and other development partners.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, PMP) or membership in a professional body.
