Manager, Learning Measurement

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Manager, Learning Measurement to lead the Education Cannot Wait Acceleration Facility Grant – Measuring what Matters (MwM). The role sits within the global Learn Breakthrough Team and is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑budget, and compliant measurement initiatives that drive sector‑wide action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MwM initiative, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors, country offices, and technical experts.
• Coordinate technical inputs, facilitate discussions, and oversee data collection and analysis for multi‑year resilience programmes.
• Manage timelines, roles, and responsibilities across a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Contribute to other global outcomes‑measurement awards and broader education data strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning measurement, monitoring and evaluation, or education data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale, grant‑funded projects in complex, multi‑partner settings.
• Strong project management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible, hybrid arrangements.
