Manager, Pilot Team

About the role

The Manager, Pilot Team will lead the delivery of AI/ML data annotation programs for high‑impact clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring that datasets meet quality, accuracy and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support client discovery sessions, translate requirements into workflows, annotation guidelines, taxonomies and quality frameworks.
• Oversee daily execution of AI/ML, computer vision, AV/ADAS and related data workflows, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track accuracy, productivity, error trends and latency; conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA, Training, Technical Operations and Business Development to set up pilots, test workflows and refine guidelines.
• Identify and recommend workflow improvements, automation opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/AI, Business Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML operations, data annotation, technical delivery or program management.
• Proven experience managing annotation workflows, AI data pipelines, computer‑vision or AV/ADAS projects.
• Strong client‑facing background with a focus on KPI‑driven delivery.
