Manager, Risk Management - AI

About the role

The Manager, Risk Management – AI will support and strengthen the bank’s control environment for AI‑amplified risks across multiple risk domains. Working within the Technology and Operations division, the role partners with first‑line owners, central AI governance teams and risk specialists to embed AI risk considerations into existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI‑amplified risk discovery, baseline assessment, control gap analysis and uplift tracking.
• Assist domain teams in documenting AI‑related risks, controls, actions, issues and evidence.
• Coordinate work‑stream activities, prepare governance and committee materials, and maintain accurate trackers, logs and evidence repositories.
• Provide data for RCSA, control testing, assurance, audit, regulatory and RFI responses related to AI risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of the AI risk control environment as the bank’s AI usage evolves.

Required profile

• Experience in risk management, preferably with exposure to technology, cyber, data privacy, compliance or operational risk.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for risk documentation and evidence collection.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders and governance bodies.
