Managing Partner – Corporate Education (Kenya)

About the role

The Managing Partner will lead Regenesys Corporate Education in Kenya, driving strategic growth, revenue generation and market expansion. Reporting to the CEO of Corporate Education, this senior executive will act as the primary representative of Regenesys in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for corporate education, identifying market opportunities across key industries.
• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and institutional clients, overseeing the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, government bodies, universities and professional organisations.
• Lead the delivery of customised learning solutions, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with client needs.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue, margins, budgets and forecasting, and report to senior leadership.
• Build, coach and mentor a high‑performing local team, fostering a culture of accountability and client excellence.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, Education or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of senior commercial, consulting or business development experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling a business.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan corporate and institutional landscape and experience selling high‑value B2B solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite executives, senior government officials and other key stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen.
