Marketing and Website Lead

About the role

Elite Tools Kenya is accelerating its digital transformation and needs a hands‑on Marketing and Website Lead to own the company’s online brand presence. You will manage day‑to‑day website operations, drive the redesign project, and create engaging social‑media content that generates leads and builds authority.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update elitekenya.com, handling content edits, bug fixes and performance monitoring.
• Lead the website redesign initiative: gather requirements, brief external developers, track progress and ensure timely launch.
• Develop and execute the website content strategy, including product listings, landing pages, service pages and lead‑capture forms.
• Optimize the site for on‑page SEO, ensuring proper metadata, page speed, mobile responsiveness and keyword structure.
• Create, design and schedule regular posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn in line with brand guidelines.
• Produce LinkedIn articles and updates that position Elite Tools as an industry authority.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital media or website/content management.
• Mid‑level professional comfortable working independently and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Based in Nairobi with ability to work on‑site and travel occasionally to branch locations.

Required skills

• On‑page SEO (metadata, page speed, mobile responsiveness, keyword structure).
• Website content management and basic troubleshooting.
• Social‑media content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
