Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support end‑to‑end go‑to‑market initiatives for our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in digital and product marketing, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to translate technical features into compelling customer messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategy together with product and marketing managers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and create customer personas.
• Lead messaging and positioning workshops to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Build and track launch timelines, milestones, and cross‑functional deliverables.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn technical features into customer‑focused benefits.
• Draft and coordinate launch collateral such as landing pages, brochures, FAQs, and sales enablement decks.
• Work with design teams on visuals, videos, and branding assets.
• Set up tracking infrastructure (UTM links, analytics dashboards, CRM tagging) and measure launch performance.
• Coordinate multi‑channel launch campaigns (email, social, paid ads, PR, website) and manage the content calendar.
• Prepare press releases, support PR agencies, and organize launch events or webinars.
• Gather market feedback, produce post‑launch performance reports, and support ongoing nurture campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing.
• Google Ads or Google Analytics certification or other digital‑marketing certifications.
