About the role

Healthy Gamer is seeking a Marketing Director to shape and execute the brand, product, and communications strategy for its mental‑health coaching platform. You will lead the development of a cohesive brand identity, drive revenue‑focused campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and consistent identity across all channels.
• Define and lead creative strategy, guiding campaign development, visual direction, and storytelling in partnership with design and content teams.
• Develop product marketing strategy, messaging, and documentation, highlighting unique selling points and competitive differentiation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to maintain strong market positioning.
• Oversee and optimize the end‑to‑end customer journey across website, platform, and marketing channels.
• Design pricing and promotional strategies based on revenue, margin, LTV, and sales trends.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets, monitor performance, and adjust tactics proactively.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a consumer marketer in e‑commerce, digital products, or services.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience driving revenue growth, community engagement, and brand awareness.
• Ability to align marketing, product, and content teams toward common goals.
