Marketing Executive - Architectural and Interior Solutions

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive lead generation, brand visibility and customer engagement for a leading supplier of premium architectural and interior solutions in Kenya. The role blends digital marketing, content creation and on‑ground promotional activities to support sales growth across commercial and residential segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand awareness for all product lines.
• Manage the company’s online presence across social media, website, email marketing and paid advertising channels.
• Create engaging marketing content such as social media posts, brochures, presentations and campaign visuals.
• Design basic graphics and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, paid ads and promotional activities to drive inquiries and conversions.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics including reach, engagement, lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in organising exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead nurturing, follow‑ups and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, catalogues and product portfolios.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of branding and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of relevant marketing experience, preferably in construction or interior solutions.
• Highly creative, digitally savvy and able to work collaboratively with sales and product teams.
