Marketing Executive – Construction Sector

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Kaziweza Limited’s construction and real‑estate products, boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Promote the company’s products to developers, contractors and homeowners.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and online engagement.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions and product activations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and online content.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and convert leads.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in construction, real‑estate or consumer‑products marketing is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
