Marketing Executive

About the role

IEC College of Arts, Business & Technology is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Marketing Executive to strengthen its student recruitment and brand presence. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, creating and executing campaigns that connect with prospective students and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Generate quality leads to support student recruitment initiatives.
• Manage and grow the institution’s social media presence.
• Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, and copy.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, exhibitions, and community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
• Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
• Previous experience in education marketing or student recruitment is desirable.
