Marketing Executive (On-site, Nairobi)

About the role

Sayit Communications, a growing communications and PR firm, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Nairobi team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, collect and analyse data, and present insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Manage communication channels, support sales activities and generate leads.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain client and partner relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a marketing or commercial role is preferred, though strong potential is welcomed.

Required skills

• Market planning and campaign implementation.
• Market research, data collection and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Sales support, lead generation and relationship management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms; CRM or analytics tools are a plus.
