Marketing Executive – Student Recruitment & Sales Lead

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue for Medprime Training College. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning, team leadership and partnership development in a fast‑growing healthcare training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly student recruitment strategies, including sales forecasts and enrollment projections.
• Lead recruitment campaigns, manage the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
• Establish partnerships with schools, hospitals, NGOs, county governments and community organisations to create sponsorship and scholarship opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design recruitment campaigns and support digital initiatives that generate qualified leads.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse recruitment data, ensure compliance with institutional policies and education regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum two years of sales or business development experience, with at least one year in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in higher education, training institutions, healthcare or service industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong customer‑focused attitude.
