Marketing Head / Marketing Manager – Kenya

About the role

Lamaira Safari Travel, a growing African travel group, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Head / Marketing Manager to lead B2B and B2C initiatives across Kenya. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients and expanding the company’s travel‑management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert them into long‑term corporate clients.
• Develop and manage corporate accounts throughout Kenya.
• Identify and approach companies, NGOs, government bodies, embassies and institutions.
• Build strategic partnerships with key decision‑makers.
• Design and execute B2B marketing and client acquisition strategies.
• Drive sales of corporate travel, ticketing, hotel, safari and travel‑management services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development or corporate travel.
• Strong network within corporate, NGO and government sectors in Kenya.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
