Marketing Manager

About the role

A well-established group company based in Nairobi is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing and content efforts and strengthen its brand presence across platforms. This is a full-time management-level position in Nairobi, advertised through Corporate Staffing Services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish engaging social media content across all platforms
• Write blogs and other content for the website and marketing channels
• Create AI-generated video content, photograph and shoot product videos, and record, edit and publish customer testimonial videos
• Support the design team in updating website content
• Plan and run TikTok marketing activities, including video recording, voice over and streaming
• Manage social media advertisements, leads, expenditure and revenue, and plan, manage and report on social media campaigns
• Organise marketing activities with other team members within the stipulated times
• Carry out other marketing duties as assigned

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably digital and social media
• Team player willing to coordinate video, photography and design work
• Proven content creation, photography and video production skills
• Hands-on experience with social media advertising and campaign management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
• Available to join immediately

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of video editing, voice over and streaming
• Social media management and lead tracking
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design and video creation
