Marketing Manager – Panadol & Advil (MEA)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Panadol and Advil brands across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The role will translate global brand strategies into regional actions, driving growth, profitability and brand equity in a fast‑moving consumer health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt brand strategy based on consumer and customer insights.
• Lead annual market activation plans aligned with three‑year growth targets.
• Own the regional P&L, managing sales, profit and budget execution.
• Mentor junior marketing team members and ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Localise global toolkits and drive brand equity through consistent deployment.
• Execute innovation roll‑outs and manage agency relationships at local and global levels.
• Partner with sales to enhance customer engagement and in‑store support.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, provide analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years of brand marketing experience, preferably in consumer health or FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in P&L ownership.
