Marketing Manager - Pharma

About the role

The Marketing Manager (Pharma) will lead the country brand portfolio, shaping HCP‑focused strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with cross‑functional teams to translate market intelligence into actionable plans and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary market research and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
• Develop business plans, brand strategies, and competitor analyses for assigned products.
• Plan and deliver promotional activities, product launches, CMEs, and conferences on schedule.
• Forecast product demand, manage new‑product pipeline, and execute pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch initiatives.
• Ensure marketing strategy implementation through close collaboration with the sales force.
• Drive digital, data‑driven, patient‑centric innovations to identify unmet needs.
• Provide training and product knowledge to the field sales team.

Required profile

• BSc/B Pharma or MBA (Marketing) degree.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn market data into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high‑impact projects.
