About the role
We are looking for our first Marketing Specialist to own how FrameFusion gets discovered and loved, creating content, growing social channels, building communities and turning attention into sign‑ups.
Key responsibilities
- Grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Write clear, persuasive copy and create short‑form content showcasing the platform.
- Use AI tools to produce eye‑catching content quickly.
- Build organic reach through communities, partnerships, creators and referrals.
- Track results and use data to decide what to amplify.
- Test ideas fast, drop what doesn’t work and double down on what does.
Required profile
- Proven track record growing an audience or campaign (show real accounts or work).
- Excellent written English and comfort using AI tools.
- Experience in marketing with little or no budget and basic analytics skills.
- Self‑starter, resourceful, resilient and able to thrive in a scrappy environment.
- Honest, reliable and good communicator in a remote team.
- Curious, open to feedback and excited to grow with a young company.
