About the role
We are seeking a Master Sofa / Upholstery Technical Lead to drive high‑quality sofa production from frame construction to final upholstery. The role involves developing new designs, supervising the production team, and ensuring premium finishing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality sofas, overseeing frame construction, foam shaping, and final upholstery.
- Develop new sofa designs from pictures, drawings, or concepts.
- Supervise production, quality control, and train other craftsmen.
- Lead a sofa production team and help build a strong production system.
Required profile
- Senior experience as an upholsterer, team leader, supervisor, trainer, or sofa production manager.
- Proven ability to work with genuine leather upholstery and premium finishing.
Required skills
- Sofa frame construction
- Foam shaping and density selection
- Fabric cutting and pattern making
- Sewing, piping, and leather upholstery
