Medical Representative, CRM (North Rift)

About the role

The Medical Representative, CRM, will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders in the North Rift region. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, delivering value‑based conversations, and driving compliant sales growth for Novartis products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential HCPs and stakeholders through data‑driven analysis.
• Orchestrate personalized, multi‑channel engagement journeys that reflect customer preferences and available content.
• Conduct value‑based conversations—both in‑person and virtual—to uncover challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans, and share findings with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design compliant solutions that address unmet patient needs.
• Maintain ethical standards, report technical complaints or adverse events within 24 hours, and ensure adherence to Novartis Code of Ethics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably within a CRM‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and compliance in all customer interactions.
