Medical Sales Representative

About the role

As a Medical Sales Representative you will promote and sell Shalina Healthcare's portfolio of medical products to doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across Accra and Kumasi. Your work will directly support the delivery of high‑quality healthcare solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health‑care professionals.
• Provide detailed product information, deliver samples and answer technical queries.
• Build trust‑based relationships with medical representatives to influence purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
• Research competitor products, pricing structures and market performance.
• Submit purchase orders promptly to the relevant internal department.
• Organise conferences, workshops and group events for medical professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales.
