Medical Sales Representative

About the role

eWell is seeking a contract Medical Sales Representative based in Kenya to promote its digital health platform to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies. The role combines sales activities with product education, aiming to increase adoption of eWell’s AI‑powered solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote eWell’s digital health solutions to doctors, clinics and pharmacies, demonstrating platform features and benefits.
• Manage a sales pipeline, schedule and conduct meetings, and follow up on leads to close new business.
• Provide product training and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build long‑term relationships, collect client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or other sales tracking tools.
• Monitor market trends, participate in outreach events and support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present complex information clearly.
• Solid customer‑service orientation with empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and familiarity with pharmacy operations.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare technology or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field.
