Medical Sales Representatives – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Accord Managed Care Ltd, a Kenyan health‑technology company, is expanding its commercial team. We are looking for energetic Medical Sales Representatives to promote our digital healthcare platform to pharmacies, doctors, clinics, laboratories and imaging centres across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
• Visit prospects and deliver needs‑based demonstrations of Accord’s digital solutions.
• Explain platform features such as digital prescriptions, bookings, electronic claims, pre‑authorisation and payments.
• Register and onboard new providers, assisting with service configuration and pricing.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, practitioners and administrators.
• Follow up to ensure active and sustained use of the platform.
• Achieve targets for provider acquisition, activation, utilisation and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, demonstrations and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights on market opportunities.
• Represent Accord at healthcare events and conferences.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Medical or Health Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum two years of successful experience as a Medical or Healthcare Sales Representative.
• Established relationships with pharmacies, doctors, clinics or laboratories are a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales and acquisition targets.
• Confident in delivering face‑to‑face and digital product demonstrations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Good understanding of Kenya’s private healthcare market.
