About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as an Occupational Physician in Embu, São Paulo. You will safeguard employee health by applying scientific knowledge to complex occupational challenges and ensuring compliance with Brazilian occupational health legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑complexity occupational health processes and develop technical solutions.
• Be the technical authority for a specific area or unit, guiding projects and redefining existing methods and standards.
• Analyze data and prepare studies that support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update the Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO), evaluating workers’ capacity for their roles and conducting periodic health reassessments.
• Prevent occupational diseases and workplace accidents in line with current legislation.
• Perform admission, periodic, role‑change, return‑to‑work, and termination medical examinations and issue official reports.
• Assess medical certificates, record causes of absenteeism, and contribute to occupational health management.
• Design and implement health‑prevention programs for employees.
• Collaborate closely with the safety engineering and occupational nursing teams.

Required profile

• Medical degree (M.D.) completed.
• Post‑graduate specialization in Occupational Medicine.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian occupational health regulations and PCMSO requirements.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive medical examinations and health assessments.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision support.
