Member of Technical Staff – Frontier AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join a leading AI research team working on frontier‑level models and systems. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to shape next‑generation AI technologies and publish groundbreaking results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise next‑generation AI architectures and algorithms.
• Lead research initiatives that improve model efficiency, scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Publish findings in technical reports, whitepapers, or conference submissions.
• Evaluate and benchmark new AI models, frameworks, and hardware accelerators.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to conduct independent research and drive technical projects.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex AI systems.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in large‑scale distributed training and model optimisation techniques.
• Knowledge of AI hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs) and their architectures.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative models, or multi‑modal AI systems.
