Member of Technical Staff - Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff focused on Legal Research to join a global software development leader. Working remotely, you will analyze complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translate them into technical solutions that support product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research workflows.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience with legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
