Merchandiser – 5 Open Positions

About the role

We are looking for energetic Merchandisers to join our team across Nakuru and Kisumu. You will be responsible for ensuring our hair care and beauty products are attractively displayed, well‑stocked and visible in retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement merchandising standards, promotions, displays and point‑of‑sale activities in assigned stores.
• Monitor shelf positioning and maintain product visibility according to brand guidelines.
• Track stock levels, report out‑of‑stock or near‑expiry items and support replenishment to minimise stock‑outs.
• Promote sales by engaging with retailers, shop attendants and outlet managers, identifying customer needs and opportunities for better product placement.
• Observe competitor activity, pricing and promotions, and provide market feedback through daily/weekly reports.

Required profile

• Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales or FMCG, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or hair‑care products.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field and meet targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
