MICE Sales Officer

About the role

The MICE Sales Officer provides commercial sales support for meetings, incentives, conferences and events, handling enquiries, proposals, contracting and follow‑up to convert business for a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and respond to MICE enquiries via phone, email and other sales channels.
• Prepare and issue proposals, quotations and contracts in line with approved hotel rates and commercial terms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date MICE sales pipeline and CRM records, tracking enquiries through to confirmation.
• Handle ongoing communication with key accounts, corporate clients, agencies, DMCs and PCOs.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager – MICE and MICE Sales Manager with sales calls, client meetings and account reviews.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, MICE, groups or reservations.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel sales or CRM systems.
