Mobility Solutions Specialist I

About the role

Teleperformance is hiring a Mobility Solutions Specialist I in Westlands, Nairobi. The role supports expatriate assignments by helping employees and their families with housing, relocation and repatriation, and keeping mobility records and stakeholder communication running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic guidance to expatriates and their families before, during and after assignments, share resources, answer questions and escalate complex concerns to senior team members.
• Support housing searches, moving services and shipment logistics by liaising with vendors and tracking progress.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility cases, expenses and compliance documents, and help prepare reports and track data.
• Coordinate site visits, including invitation letters, logistics and accommodation, and assist with visitor support.
• Communicate with internal teams such as HR, finance and operations, and keep relocating employees and departments regularly updated.
• Provide administrative support for repatriation, including documentation and return logistics.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve mobility processes and gather data for program reviews.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Cultural awareness and openness to learning about different cultures.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Kenyan immigration laws, labor regulations and tax implications related to expatriate assignments.
