About the role
The Nairobi Women's Hospital is looking for a results-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to lead the design, implementation and management of an integrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Compliance system. The system tracks program performance against GVRC indicators, donor requirements and organizational commitments.
The successful candidate ensures data quality, compliance, evidence-based reporting, learning and the use of data to improve program effectiveness, accountability and decision making. The position is based in Westlands, Nairobi.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Planning, Economics and Statistics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Project Management / M&E training is desirable.
Required skills
- Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in data visualization is an added advantage.
- Customer focus, teamwork, managing performance, reliability, interpersonal skills, professionalism and ethics.
