Motion Designer – Localization (Video & AI)

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a creative Motion Designer to join its Localization team. You will work closely with marketing to adapt high‑impact video creatives for diverse global markets, leveraging AI‑driven tools to ensure content feels native to non‑English speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt video ads for LATAM, EMEA, SEA and other regions while preserving brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on concepts and maximize local relevance.
• Integrate AI tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo, etc.) into daily workflow for video generation, enhancement and ideation.
• Use localization‑specific tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so) for dubbing, lip‑syncing and asset generation.
• Experiment with new creative technologies to improve production efficiency.
• Operate in an agile environment, moving between squads and campaign types.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design or video production, preferably on global/localized campaigns.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with efficient project structures.
• Deep understanding of typography and layout across multiple languages.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for creative production.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing is a plus.
