Motorbike Rider & Document Handler

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Motorbike Rider & Document Handler to join our logistics team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of documents and parcels while supporting basic office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, and deliver company documents to clients and stakeholders.
• Collect and submit documents from various locations as required.
• Operate and maintain the assigned motorcycle safely, performing routine checks.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of parcels, maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Assist with stock and goods counting when needed.
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Represent the company positively during all interactions.
• Report any discrepancies in stock or delivery records.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Required profile

• Minimum KCSE Certificate.
• Valid motorcycle driving licence.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of integrity, reliability and professionalism.
• Previous experience in dispatch, document handling or office administration is an advantage.
