Motorbike Sales Representative (MSR) – Kiambu

About the role

The Motorbike Sales Representative (MSR) will promote and sell client products across Kiambu and surrounding areas using a motorbike for rapid territory coverage. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the MSR will act as the face of Treasure Communications Limited’s BTL marketing campaigns, turning product interest into purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets and points of sale on a daily route to showcase products and secure orders.
• Conduct roadshows, product demonstrations and merchandising activities as required.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, updating sales performance data in real time.
• Plan and optimise daily routes to maximise coverage and meet sales targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Age 24 + with at least 3 years of riding experience and a valid Kenyan driver’s licence.
• Minimum KCSE certificate; additional sales or marketing certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, confident, persuasive and presentable.
• High integrity, reliability and a goal‑oriented mindset.
