Multi-Entity Bookkeeper (Xero Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Multi‑Entity Bookkeeper with deep Xero expertise to support Go Truckin’s diverse portfolio of businesses, including tech, logistics, healthcare and real estate. The role involves maintaining clean, audit‑ready books across several Xero organisations and delivering timely financial information to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledgers for multiple Xero entities, ensuring proper categorisation of revenue, COGS and expenses.
• Record, reconcile and eliminate inter‑company transactions, shared costs and inter‑entity loans each month.
• Perform daily bank, credit‑card and payment‑gateway reconciliations (Stripe, PayPal, Wise) and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process supplier invoices, issue customer invoices and monitor aged receivables.
• Execute month‑end close procedures, including accruals, pre‑payments, depreciation, suspense clearing and inter‑company eliminations.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow reports per entity using Xero tracking categories and custom templates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping or accounts assistance experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Xero; Xero Advisor Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping, chart of accounts and inter‑company accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• High level of integrity, analytical precision and clear written English.
