Network Manager - Auto Industry

About the role

Q-Sourcing, a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African region, is recruiting a Network Manager for its auto industry client, based in Nairobi, Kenya. The role focuses on network expansion across Kenya, supporting dealers and TASSes.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new dealers and TASSes according to KRA requirements
• Oversee dealer sales of units, parts and service, and manage dealer accounts including reconciliation, trade receivables collection and vendor payments
• Support dealers with branding, events, merchandising, display and consignment units, launches and product promotions
• Communicate with dealers on stock levels, price guidelines, technical updates and new products
• Ensure ISO9001 compliance and recruit at least three dealers per quarter across Kenya
• Manage and consolidate the dealer pipeline and achieve sales and after-sales targets through dealers
• Present monthly market summaries and sales and after-sales strategies to the Business Head and After-sales Head

Required profile

• BCom in Sales and Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant degree
• Five years of experience in the same role
• Technical sales background
