职位概况
负责洗衣粉生产线的质量检验与团队管理，确保原料、包装、半成品及成品符合公司质量标准。
主要职责
- 组织并指导所辖化验员开展原料、包材、半成品、成品的检验工作。
- 及时处理质量异常，向上级汇报并推动纠正。
- 定期召开QC班组例会，汇总工作成果并协助开展培训考核。
- 协助主管进行劳动纪律、数据考核、绩效及奖惩管理。
- 监督现场5S，维护检测仪器设备，确保检测顺利进行。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，化学类相关专业。
- 具备洗衣粉厂质量检验工作经验。
- 熟悉公司质量检验标准和方法。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Word办公软件。
- 熟练使用Excel办公软件。
