Online AP Psychology Teacher

About the role

Join Crimson Global Academy as an Online AP Psychology Teacher and deliver live, real‑time AP‑level lessons to motivated students worldwide. You will guide learners through human behaviour, cognition, development and the science of the mind while using CGA’s technology, curriculum and community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging live AP Psychology lessons tailored to a diverse, international student body.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online classroom.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt instruction to ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Communicate clear course schedules, lesson content and assessment timelines.
• Lead professional live sessions using CGA’s online learning resources and technology.
• Assign meaningful homework, design assessments, and give constructive feedback.
• Develop high‑quality educational materials, including tests and exams, for CGA’s resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments well‑organised.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of high‑school (Grades 9‑12) teaching experience in a school setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology‑enabled education.
• Strong knowledge of the College Board AP Psychology curriculum and examinations.
