Student Experience Associate – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

The Student Experience Associate will serve Mandarin‑speaking students and their families worldwide, ensuring they receive personalized support throughout their academic journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, administrative changes, and onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to students and parents, answering queries promptly and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain regular communication via WeChat, WhatsApp, email and Zoom, and conduct check‑ins throughout the year.
• Process administrative tasks such as subject changes, withdrawals, re‑enrollments, and manage the online education system.
• Lead onboarding and orientation sessions, adapting them for the Chinese market based on feedback.
• Collaborate with academic, product and sales teams to resolve student issues and improve support processes.

Required profile

• Passion for supporting students and families in an educational setting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems strategically.
• Strong adaptability to new technologies and systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Collaborative mindset, resilient under pressure and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WeChat for communication.
• Experience using WhatsApp for messaging.
• Comfort conducting meetings and calls on Zoom.
