About the role
City Walk Ltd is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Online Sales Person to join its Westlands team in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers reaching out via WhatsApp, Flowcart and social media, turning inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp, Flowcart and various social platforms.
- Follow up on leads, re‑engage previous clients and nurture relationships.
- Convert inquiries into sales while meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
- Provide product information and recommendations for footwear across all family members.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in online sales, retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and customer‑engagement abilities.
- Background in retail, fashion, FMCG or e‑commerce is preferred.
- Consistent follow‑up discipline and a results‑driven mindset.
