About the role
Sauti Contact Center, a customer care and customer support platform, is looking for an Online Writer and Blogger to create engaging and informative content for its audience. Academic writing experience is a must.
Key responsibilities
- Research, write and edit high-quality content for online articles, blogs and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content follows established style guides and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, news and relevant topics so content remains timely and relevant.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility.
Required profile
- Proven experience in online writing and blogging.
- Academic writing experience is required.
- Strong research skills and the ability to produce original, engaging and informative content.
- Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
