Operations Analyst Assistant Internship

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Analyst Assistant intern to support daily operations, client engagement, and administrative tasks within our audit and data analytics technology firm. The role offers exposure to quotation preparation, CRM management, and tender processes across the Africa Central Region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate quotations and related records.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring 100% completeness and timely follow‑up on leads.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and support desk to ensure excellent customer engagement.
• Conduct quarterly client touchpoints to strengthen relationships.
• Assist business development activities such as drafting proposals and outreach.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functions.

Required profile

• Recently completed a business‑related degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and confidence interacting with clients and colleagues.
