Operations Analyst – People & Performance

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an Operations Analyst to support its People & Performance function. You will be the engine room behind hiring, onboarding, development, and retention of the global teaching and support staff, turning messy data into clear decisions and building scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data across hiring, retention, performance, and capacity to surface insights that shape strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable faster, better people decisions.
• Streamline and document core People & Performance processes such as onboarding, performance cycles, and compensation reviews.
• Support headcount planning, role mapping, and organisational design across CGA’s global footprint.
• Partner with the People team on systems, tooling, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis on topics like teacher utilisation and engagement survey results.

Required profile

• New graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or people analytics (HR, consulting, or fast‑growth tech a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move from raw data to actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to influence without authority.
• High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action.
