Operations Director

About the role

The Operations Director will lead daily operations at Delta Elevators & Escalators Limited, ensuring efficient maintenance, engineering, safety and material management across our solar and lift installation business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise all business operations to meet company goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, risk mitigation plans and compliance frameworks.
• Manage maintenance of solar and lift installations, establishing preventive maintenance programmes.
• Provide technical leadership for engineering projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and enforce health‑and‑safety policies, conduct audits and lead incident investigations.
• Optimise procurement, inventory and logistics to support cost‑effective material management.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 72 months (6 years) of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and report directly to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing and engineering environments.
