About the role
We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Operations team. In this position you will automate operational processes, provide advanced product support, and build custom integrations that serve both internal stakeholders and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and automate operational processes.
- Provide second‑level support for the product.
- Implement customer‑requested integrations and automations.
- Investigate and identify causes of technical issues escalated by Customer Support.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend improvements.
- Develop software to automate operational procedures for internal stakeholders.
- Design and develop software solutions for customer needs as part of Professional Services.
- Monitor integrations and create tools to automate report reconciliation and visualization.
Required profile
- Skilled software engineer with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Innovative mindset and a drive to improve processes.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
