About the role
Real IPM, a world‑renowned producer of predatory mites and microbial biopesticides, is looking for an Operations Manager to lead its farm operations. The role involves overseeing all farm activities, ensuring security, and handling administrative duties at Lulu Farm in Embu.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all farm activities.
- Oversee security and administrative responsibilities.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience managing a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Real IPM products, especially natural enemies (advantage).
